  • Processing fees charged by IRCC or provincial authorities are separate
     

Unless otherwise stated in writing:
 

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable

  • Service fees may be subject to refund terms outlined in a signed service agreement
     

Refunds are not issued for government refusals, delays, or changes in immigration policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, branding, graphics, and materials, is the property of North Pride Immigration Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
